1. Merchant
Kmart Groceries Ltd, company number 16838381, trading as TamilRetail, operates tamilretail.com. Registered address: Unit 20, Weald Bridge Nursery, Kents Lane, North Weald, Epping, Essex, United Kingdom, CM16 6AX.
2. Who can buy
TamilRetail accepts orders from personal customers buying for themselves or their household and from business or trade customers buying for commercial purposes. At checkout you must choose the option that accurately describes the order.
3. Products and prices
Product pages display the description, case quantity where applicable and current selling price. Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Product availability and price are revalidated before payment is created.
4. Order and contract formation
Submitting checkout details and completing payment is an offer to buy the goods. An order is accepted when we confirm that it can be fulfilled. We may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price is clearly erroneous, delivery is not available, payment is not successfully verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Where payment has already been taken for goods we cannot supply, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be provided by regulated third-party payment service providers such as Mollie. TamilRetail does not store full card details. Payment method availability may depend on the buyer, order, amount and payment provider eligibility checks.
6. Personal customer rights
If you are buying as a consumer, mandatory UK consumer rights apply. For eligible distance purchases you may have a statutory right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. Some goods can be exempt, including certain perishable, rapidly deteriorating, sealed hygiene-sensitive or other legally excluded goods. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the practical process. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Business and trade orders
If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Business orders remain subject to these terms, the product information shown at purchase and any separately agreed trade terms.
8. Delivery
Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are shown before payment. Delivery availability and estimated timing depend on the destination, order and goods. Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
9. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains damaged, faulty, incorrect, unwanted and perishable goods, consumer cancellation rights where applicable, and refund timing.
10. Product information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, ingredients and other information accurate. Packaging may change, so customers with allergy or dietary requirements should check the product label before use or resale and contact us where clarification is needed.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For business customers, subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to a consumer.
