Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund.
Personal customers
If you buy as a consumer, mandatory UK consumer rights apply. For eligible distance purchases you may have a statutory cancellation period. Where a cancellation right applies, contact us within the applicable period and follow the return instructions we provide. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Non-perishable goods
Eligible non-perishable goods may generally be returned where they are unused, unopened where applicable and in resaleable condition. For consumer purchases, any mandatory cancellation or return rights take priority over this policy.
Perishable, chilled and hygiene-sensitive goods
Some perishable, rapidly deteriorating, chilled, frozen, sealed hygiene-sensitive or similar goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or return rights where UK law permits. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain covered by applicable legal rights.
Business and trade customers
If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply. We will still assess damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise contractually non-conforming goods in accordance with applicable law and any agreed trade terms.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us promptly. If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation or return rights depend on the type of goods, whether you bought as a consumer or business, the circumstances and applicable UK law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where applicable. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days after the relevant assessment or receipt of returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Return costs
If goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required. For eligible change-of-mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for return postage where permitted by law.
