All product prices, delivery charges and order totals are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).

Personal and business customers

TamilRetail accepts online orders from personal customers and business or trade buyers. Customers identify the nature of the purchase at checkout so the appropriate order record and terms can be applied.

Secure online checkout

Online payments are processed through Mollie. Before a Mollie payment is created, TamilRetail revalidates product availability, current pricing and the order total on the server. TamilRetail does not store full payment-card details.

The payment methods shown by Mollie may vary according to the customer, amount, country, merchant configuration and the payment provider's own eligibility checks. A method being enabled on the merchant account does not guarantee it will be offered for every transaction.

Payment confirmation

Returning to TamilRetail from a payment page does not by itself mark an order as paid. Payment status is independently verified with Mollie and through the payment webhook before the order is recorded as paid.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where applicable and are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
